Sbajee Terms and Conditions –
Know Your Rights Before You Play

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet on sbajee, you enter into a legally binding agreement with sbajee.club. These Terms govern the entire relationship between you and sbajee, including your use of all games, payment services, promotional offers, and customer support channels available on the platform.

Sbajee reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of sbajee after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically to stay informed of any changes.

These Terms are written in English and are intended for players based in Bangladesh. If there is any conflict between a translated version and the English version, the English version takes precedence on sbajee.

2. Eligibility

To register and play on sbajee, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times while your account remains active:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• You must be accessing sbajee from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list or have previously been excluded from sbajee for any reason.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of sbajee.

3. Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on sbajee. Duplicate accounts — whether created intentionally or accidentally — will be closed, and any balances held in duplicate accounts may be forfeited. If you believe you have accidentally created a duplicate account, contact sbajee support immediately at [email protected].

When registering on sbajee, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your real name, a valid mobile number, and any other details requested during the registration process. Providing false or misleading information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your sbajee account credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. Sbajee will never contact you to ask for your password. Any activity that occurs under your account credentials is your responsibility, whether or not you authorised it.

• One account per person, per household, per device.
• Account sharing is not permitted under any circumstances.
• You must notify sbajee immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• Sbajee reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm account ownership.

4. Deposits

Sbajee accepts deposits in BDT (Bangladeshi Taka) only. Deposits can be made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket — the three mobile banking services integrated into the sbajee payment system. All deposits are credited to your sbajee wallet instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider.

Sbajee does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. The mobile banking account used to deposit must be registered in your own name and match the details on your sbajee account. Deposits from accounts belonging to other people will be reversed and may trigger an account review.

• Minimum deposit: ৳100 (subject to change — check the deposit page for current limits).
• No deposit fees are charged by sbajee. Your mobile banking provider may apply their own charges.
• Deposits made in error cannot always be reversed. Contact support as quickly as possible if you deposit the wrong amount.
• Sbajee reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that cannot be verified.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your sbajee wallet are processed to the same mobile banking account used for your most recent deposit, or to a verified account registered in your name. Sbajee does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

Standard withdrawal requests are processed promptly during normal operating hours. Most withdrawals complete within a few minutes. During periods of high volume or for accounts undergoing verification, processing times may be longer. Sbajee will notify you if your withdrawal requires additional review.

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳200 (subject to change).
• Withdrawals are only available to verified account holders.
• Funds deposited but not yet wagered at least once may be subject to a review before withdrawal is approved.
• Sbajee reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal above a specified threshold.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings generated from bonus play that meet the applicable wagering requirements are eligible for withdrawal.

6. Gameplay Rules

All games available on sbajee operate using a certified random number generator (RNG). This means every spin, card draw, and game outcome is independently determined and cannot be predicted, influenced, or manipulated by any party — including sbajee itself. The RNG is tested regularly to ensure ongoing fairness for all players.

Game results displayed on your screen are final once a round completes. Sbajee does not reverse game outcomes except in cases where a verified technical fault caused an incorrect result to be displayed. In such cases, sbajee will investigate and apply a fair resolution, which may include voiding the affected round and returning the stake to your wallet.

• Minimum bet amounts vary by game — check each game's info panel before playing.
• Placing bets using automated software, bots, or scripts is strictly prohibited on sbajee and will result in immediate account suspension.
• If a game disconnects mid-round due to a network issue, sbajee's system will complete the round based on the RNG outcome already generated at the time of disconnection.
• Any winnings generated through exploitation of a software bug or error will be voided. Players who discover a bug are expected to report it to sbajee support rather than exploit it.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

Sbajee offers promotional bonuses from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload offers, and game-specific promotions. Each promotion has its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, and expiry dates. These terms are stated clearly on the relevant promotion page on sbajee.

General bonus rules that apply across all sbajee promotions unless otherwise stated:

• One bonus per player, per promotion period.
• Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• Bonuses expire if not used within the stated validity period. Expired bonuses and any winnings generated from them will be removed from your sbajee wallet automatically.
• Sbajee reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, provided that players who have already accepted the bonus are not disadvantaged mid-wagering.
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer — will result in all bonuses being cancelled and the account being suspended.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on sbajee. Engaging in any of these behaviours will result in account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of any balance held in the account:

• Registering more than one account on sbajee.
• Providing false identity information during registration or verification.
• Using another person's payment account to deposit or withdraw funds.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with sbajee games.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Attempting to launder money or use sbajee for any illegal financial activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing sbajee staff or other players.
• Attempting to access sbajee systems, databases, or infrastructure without authorisation.

9. Privacy & Data

Sbajee collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy. By registering on sbajee, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in that policy.

Sbajee uses your data to operate your account, process transactions, verify your identity, provide customer support, and comply with applicable legal obligations. Sbajee does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

• Sbajee retains account and transaction data for the period required by applicable law, even after an account is closed.

10. Responsible Gaming

11. Suspension & Account Closure

Sbajee reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete identity verification when requested.
• Suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering.
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions initiated by the player.
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months.
• Any other situation where sbajee determines that continued account access poses a risk to the platform, other players, or the integrity of sbajee's operations.

If your account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited. If your account is closed for any other reason, sbajee will return your available balance to your verified payment account after completing any required checks.

You may close your sbajee account at any time by contacting support. Closing your account does not affect any obligations you have already incurred under these Terms.

12. Limitation of Liability

Sbajee provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While sbajee makes every effort to ensure the platform operates reliably and without interruption, sbajee does not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical faults at all times.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, sbajee's total liability to any player for any claim arising from use of the platform is limited to the amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Sbajee is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special losses, including loss of profits or loss of opportunity.

• Sbajee is not responsible for losses caused by network outages, device failures, or internet connectivity issues on the player's side.
• Sbajee is not liable for any tax obligations that arise from your winnings. Players are responsible for understanding and meeting their own tax obligations.

13. Changes to These Terms

Sbajee may update these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, sbajee will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. In some cases, sbajee may also notify players of significant changes via email or an in-platform notification.

Your continued use of sbajee after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you should stop using sbajee and contact support to close your account.
